Risk Management Partners, LLC, is on the move. On October 29, 2009, I visited the White House for a discussion on health reform (see Press Release). Also, we warmly welcome 3 new people to our staff in the role of benefits advisors to our clients: Bob McMackin, John McSherry, and Chip Graham.Regarding health reform, my message this month is that we must LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Our elected officials know that the health insurance system is broken, but they struggle to find a better system for health insurance and delivery of health services. Health reform starts at home, by finding the waste in your insurance purchasing practices and taking corrective actions. Call us (any one of us) and we'll show you how.

Provider Networks – What You Need to Know at Renewal

The number and type of providers in the network, and the level of discounts offered, can have a profound impact on your experience with that carrier.
